TenkiBooks is designed for use by children (Authorized Account Users) with the supervision and consent of their parents (Account Holders). Account Holders must provide consent and create accounts for Authorized Account Users, and they control the information shared with TenkiBooks.

We only collect limited information about the Authorized Account Users, such as the username chosen by the Account Holder. We use this information solely to provide and enhance our service. Account Holders have the right to review, delete, or control the personal information of the Authorized Account Users at any time.

Transactions

Purchasing Coins:

Account Holders can buy coins in exchange for books. The transaction of buying coins is processed via a third-party service provider, Stripe. When you make a purchase, Stripe will collect and process your payment information. We do not store your payment information on our servers. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.

Using Coins to Purchase Books:

The transaction of exchanging coins to get books is handled within the TenkiBooks app. Your account balance and transaction history are maintained by us to facilitate these exchanges. We ensure that this information is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of managing your purchases and providing you with access to books.

By purchasing coins, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Disclosure of Your Information

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal or sensitive information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of personal or sensitive information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

For additional protection of copyrighted content, we may embed invisible watermarking or tracking data into images, audio, or interactions linked to your account. This data does not contain personal information but may be associated with your account for anti-piracy enforcement.
